The postponed heats from Monday was cancelled in the end..

wasted two days man.
but anyway, ran 2.4 for PE on tue.
walao sucked man. hahaha.

my timing was quite bad.. but considering me not running for so long,
i think its okay..? ahaha.

but anyway, after the run i was in painnn man.
my stomach damn pain.

not breathless, but pain.
wth man. hahaha. like in labour leh.
its like serious case of gastric but i dont think its gastric..
cos i ate that morning.

then today it hurt again.
the whole day.

it wasnt on off on off trust me.
haha i dont know why my face has no expressions also.

ah anyway, im veh tired.
