like yknow, applying "theories" and statements into real life.

hahaha. then i realise, that actually
when, skills vs attitude, skills > attitude.

quite cool eh.
skills are smth that not everyone's able to have, attitude is.
so in a way, skills are the things that makes people more "unique".
yet, attitude is the one that is more impt, more focused on, the major.

so actually, it is fair for everyone.
since everyone can choose what kind of attitude they want to have.

coz not everyone can choose their skills right? i mean its not even for you to choose. ahahah.

well, superficial is sorta like under the category of skills.
not saying that skills = superficial,

but okay in this scenario.
you have two friends.
one who is very skilled, academically. & who's attitude is not so good.
the other one who isnt as skilled, but has great attitude towards things.

so who would you choose to be your good friend?

most likely you'd choose to be better friends with the other one right?
he'd be the one you would wanna hang out with, talk to, basically be friends with:D

the first one..
well maybe?

partly cos he's smart, so he'll be able to help you in studies.
and he's attitude is so-so. so you choose him,
cos you think like "i'll bear with him anyway. it doesnt matter."

well some people do anyway. haha.
but then like, after a while.
you compare these two relationships,
you will come to a realization that the first r/ship is better.

in many factors uh.
like; closeness, understanding, help, etc etc.

then soon, the second r/ship will be like.
during exam periods, when its time to study,
you'll go specially look for this friend to study with.

so that he can help you and stuff.
then after the exams, all his friends are gone again.
they dont need him until the next test so to speak.

but the one with the good attitude,
meaning he is willing to learn, to change, to accept constructive crticism and all,
he will be the one ppl will turn to in times of need.
the one that people can trust.
he can also learn more things.

cos if you're willing, then you can absorb stuff much easier and faster.
and if your attitude is bad,
well you shouldnt be suprised if people treated you with bad attitude too.

then you'll think how come ppl treat you like this, but treat the other guy so nicely. then if you're narrow minded, you'd think that they're bias.
cos you're so smart, they're jealous. or that the people are two-faced.

but if you're not narrow minded, then you'd know what went wrong,
and then can decide if you wanna change (:

but if your attitude is bad, generally you'd have alot of pride.. right?
so, simply, skills > attitude, does make sense.
alot of sense, in fact.

oh well, today was good.
haha. went to eat at fareast with sam then decided to shop.
then went to wisma and i saw this hoodie. DAMN NICE K!

then i wanted to buy la.
but procrastinate like mad.
well cos it was expensive firstly..

then i dont know if it was worth it.
lol. so i went to vivo to see if there were any nicer and cheaper ones there.
but nope.

so i had to go back and buy la.
but i was already late for my meeting.

so it was either, meeting straight / go buy and be abit late.
so i was thinking real hard..

hahaha. choosing between meeting and the jacket.
well they were always early or on time.
so if im late.. its abit bad..

but the jacket was the last two pieces left!!!!!
no more already! and its right in front of the door as display.
it would catch people's eye and they might buy away my piece. (MINE)
and i still had.. 10mins? (to go from dhoby gaut to orchard and back to dhoby)

uh yeah.
so i decided in the end.

go for meeting early/on time.

so i got out of dhoby gaut station.
feeling abit scared in a way, and sad.
that ppl might take my jacket and i'd have no more ):

so i was like,
okay God, you see ah.
i chose to come on time for you instead of the jacket
when i can just tell them that i might be a lil late.
you'd better save me piece.

k so with that, i went for the meeting.
haha. then meeting meeting meeting.
omg it was so depressing when you actually mention all the points.
but you actually know it already, but when you MENTION it, its more depressing.

hahaha. k.
so it ended at like, 830pm.
thennn i didnt rush there la.
cos i told God that he must save me a piece. hahaha.

so i took it that if there wasnt any left,
there would be a better one out there somewhere.
or maybe it just doesnt suit me or smth.

so yeah as i turned the corner and i see the shop,
my heart started to beat faster. HAHA abit la.
cos i see the thing right there!! the shelf which it's on.

okay there were still some on display, but it might not be my size i want.
so i decided that i shouldnt be too happy just yet.
but i was like brisk walking already. lol.
too afraid someone might go there and take one that happens to be mine.

ahaha. paranoid.
so i went to the shelf.

so i got it in the end. hahaha i refused to put it down after i took it.
i mean i didnt really have to anw.

and it was the LAST PIECE OMG.hahahhaa.
there were two pieces of M.
and many S-es.

in the end left ONE M and like 3 S-es.
actually i can wear S one lor i tell you.
but for the sake of the ego of sam tan.
i shall take M.
