we had science first.
no one was listening luh.
it was supposed to end at 11 but it ended at like 1020.
hahaha. i bet cos no one listened and no one asked any questions.

okay after that, was our BODY TALK thingy.
it was damn cool.
hahha. they showed us many pictures and taught us stuff.
like to convey the message that to dont be self conscious,
and beauty is not defined cos blahblah.
then she showed us some pictures of models.
their before make-up and after make-up face.
to prove that everyone is normal,
its just the make-up that makes the huge difference.
and they showed us some pictures of anorexic people.
DAMN SCARY luh the pictures.
so skinny that even the ribcage sticks out when they are crouching.
and their stomach there.
the ratio of the size is like 1:4 when compared to the ribcage.
so its like one huge ribcage sticking out.
damn sick.
and the bones are sticking out from the BUTT.
imagine..
how skinny lah.

thats to discourage anorexiz, bulimia, and depression.
