had training today..
me and sam couldnt paddle properly at all.

we applied the " Tiger Muscle " thingy..
its meant for muscleaches and other muscle stuff.
i only remembered muscleaches cause i have muscleaches :D
yeah it was so hot :D burning sensation.. or cold?
eh cool, first time hot and cold cannot differentiate.
ya anyway, when we were paddling and the water splash on us right.
the " Tiger Muscle" turns white.
lol then my leg was like abit of white here and there.

hahaha. it looks like horse's sweat!
horse's sweat are white in colour btw..
haha. after thatt. mx, siying, sam, me, zj, anselm went for lunch.
and yi ping pang sehed me laaaaa.
i couldn't escapeee. haha.
yeah had subway for lunch.

yup after that siying went home then we went to watch the haunted school.
whenever there was any loud sound i covered my eyes. heh.
hahaha even though there was not many scary parts.
actually, how would i know right, since i covered my eyes..

but the ending is like dumb..
its like you got no other way to end the show then just find the simple way out.
wth la. zj watched the whole thing without covering his eyes.

after that came home already..
hmm. oh. when mx went to withdraw her money,
we were like waiting for her.
then these two ladies walk past these two men.
then they accidentally knocked into them,
and the the tissue paper he was holding in his hand dropped.
then that guy turned around and " OI! "
damn loud.
so the lady turned back and said sorry and walked off la.
drop then drop la, then how.
then the other guy was like " somethingsomething cheebye ah! " then he mumbles some stuff to himself..
and the other guy picked up the tissue and dragged him and walked off.
those two guys dont even look beng,
in fact, they look like gay partners..
hahahaha. in a way they do..
cos the indian one was wearing a tight shirt and jeans.
( he has a huge bulging belly i tell you. )
he's those cannot make it type..
beng cannot, look good also cannot.
look bad only can lah.
then the other guy was wearing some green shirt and a cap.
maybe they trying to learn to be beng lah.
hahaha. or they just pmsing..
dumped by their gfs then decided to go out tgt. hahaa.
thats why so against those two ladies.

yeah so after that took bus home..

hmm,
i realised i haven eaten any rice for three days already. including today.
every night go back home bathe sleep only.
practicing dance everyday..
hahhaa. all i consumed was.
ALOT of packet milo, water, 1/2 subway sandwich, today's breakfast..
omg for three days..
sam, then i guess your milo rocks luh.
ahaha. can provide the same amt of energy as normal food for 3 days.
not bad not bad.
then at nightt.
my mum brought us out to watch movie!! :D
we actually wanted to watch " primeval"
but the lady gave us tickets to "music and lyrics" ..
