eh hey!
today's training very fun XD
we reached macritchie. and we carried out all our boats and stuff.
den went into the water.
haha. den when we haven even paddle until 250m mark.
it was raining like siao alr.
so we had to go up XD
yeah den when we brought our boats up it got heavier and heavier.
coach told us to bring back our boats straight to the shed.
dun leave outside.. so yea.. we carry back lur.
hahaha. den sam suddenly say.
" cleo! the rain hit my ear very pain!! "
den i was like,
" hahahah, use your hair cover lur! "
yea we were shouting, cos the boat was looooooong
and we were carrying both ends of the boat.
lol. im exaggerating. (:
yeah so we carried to the k2 shed. den ran down the slope.
it was raining like shit alr. cant even see.
haha damn nice lar.
so we run run run den reach the puddle part we splash thru!
weeeee! x)
den after that we ran back to the shed and took off our lifevests.
den ran out again to take more boats back!!
hahaha. we running that time cant see anything too..
the water too much alr. lol.
yea so we ran ran ran back and forth.
so fun.
so after our boats were all back in the shed we took shelter in the shed.
we were dripping wet.
k, skip wad we did when it was raining..
boring stuff.
so after a while.. rain stopped.
den coach made us carry our boats back to the launching area.
den he wanted us to speed 1000m x 2.
wah, die man tell you.
my arms still aching now lur.
after the 1000m x 2 sprint, we did 750m x 2 speed.
had a short lil break in between lur.
haha. yeahh.
den at the beginners area there. where we cool down..
rachel made us cap !!
hmph, cos she called sam,
den sam go turn arnd..
liddat den capsize alr..
hahaha. so in the end the hopes of getting home not so wet was drowned..
lol. and it was raining too anw..
my shoes are currently drying up XD
and luckily i still had two slices of pizza left from my lunch (:
it was still in the pizza hut box nice nice de.
sam took one i took one, gone.
cos i was having pizza for lunch with the caregroup..
den i tot i was gonna be late for training so i left straight after i got my foood
and da pao my pizza XD
thats how the pizza ended up in my bag. ((:
yup so yea it was freezing in the bus lur.
den when i got down, the seat was all wet.
like got one small puddle there.
and i was still dripping when i got down the bus XD
thats how wet i am.
hahaha.
the raining part was fun ((:
